Customer Service & Marketing - Part time

We are a web design and development company. We're looing for someone with the following qualifications: 1. Fluent in English 2. Has fast internet conection, and can make clear skype calls with no delays or background noises. 3. Can work within our time zone from 10 am to 6 pm EST (GMT -5). The new applicant is expected to help us with the following tasks: 1. Manage customer requests coming in by emails, support tickets, support chat, or phone calls. 2. Assign tasks to our technical team, and follow up with the team until the task is done, then notify client. 3. Upsell our services to our existing customers. Explain advantage of service, follow up with them if needed. 4. Contact potential customers and follow up with them to get more business. 5. Monitor our support desk tickets to avoid leaving tickets until they're overdue. We're looking for someone to work with us on ongoing basis. We will pay qualified applicants for a trial week. If the new applicant shows good quality of work, we will continue working with them on ongoing basis.
