DNN 4.6.0 Skin Design

I have a current DNN 4.6.0 website (<[login to view URL]>) that I would like to have a new more "clean" skin created for it. The coder selected for this project will be given a great amount of flexiability on how to create this skin but I have the following requirements. 1.) The skin must utilize the CSS Nav Menu component provided by Snapsis 2.) The site must incorporate a left navigation menu 3.) The site must look professional and use CSS for as much of the styling as possible 4.) The skin package must have at least 1 container provided 5.) The site must be designed in a manner that the Ventrian news Articles module can be skinned to match the new site layout. (If this can be done as part of the bid great, if we need to make it an external project that is ok as well) Overall I like my skin that I have now, but it has issues with font sizes, and usability for individuals on 1024 X 768 screens. When placing a bid please show your experience with DotNetNuke skinning as well as with CSS Nav Menu. I will expect at least 1 opportunity for me to provide feedback/input on the site design before a skin is delivered for testing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The fully packaged skin with at least 1 container for deployment to a DNN site. ## Platform DotNetNuke 4.6.0 and later, HTML, CSS, CSS Nav Menu
