Custom Blog Script

I want a blog script customized to my needs. I do not want to use any third-party software. I want this developed from scratch in PHP. MySQL will contain all entries and other data. Requirements 1. An admin panel to publish new articles. A link to create a new article/post. It will include a Title field , Location field, category selection box, rich-text body field, combo box for date and time, and Publish button. The panel will also list prior posts, 25 per page, with a link to view and edit, and a Delete link to remove the post. 2. A user panel to view published articles. User will view posts, beginning with the newest at the top of the list. There will be 25 posts per page. And only the title, and posted date will be shown. The user will click the title to read the entire post. When viewing the full article/post, the user will view the title, date, location, and full body. There will be a Submit Comment link to my existing contact form. Also, the latest 5 articles will be listed at the bottom of the page. There will also be a combo box containing the available categories to sort posts. 3. Random Items I will use my existing header and footer files for the blog site. Please use CSS to customize the text for the entire blog. Titles should have a bold h3 tag, and body should be indented 25 px. Please use more CSS to make the rest of the text look nice. Make sure the script will process the use of all character properly. Example "'". These are the basics. Please bid fairly. I will ignore outrageous bids, as I know an experienced PHP coder can develop this for a reasonable amount. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
