CSS re-design for website

Hi Friends, I am going to launch a website on indian cricket and the website is ready. I have used JOOMLA CMS to make the website and it has 4 modules - SMF forums,Wordpress blog,video section and photos. Now,I want a designer who can work on the sites and take care of the following things: 1. Match the color combinations by playing around with the CSS 2. Make all the pages consistent in size across all the major browsers. 3. Align the ads properly to fit in the website. 4. Add some small custom icons to replace existing standard ones. In short,he should take care of everything related to [login to view URL] should be a 4-5 hour job for an expert.I will provide the FTP access to the site,after i hire the expert.
