Coloured Photographs Search Engine

Dear Coders, An experienced and dedicated coder is being sought to design and build the complete system called ‘Coloured Photographs Search Engine’. Its interface allows the user to key in the broad category of photos he is searching for, say birds, and allows him to choose , from a palette, the most dominant colour, say yellow, that he imagines will appear in the photo. . The first query acts as a rough search, and the database would display all the photos in that category having that dominant colour. The user will then choose a few photos from the pop-up thumbnails. Every time he clicks on a photo, the search refinement mechanism behind will rank the 5-10 most abundant colours found in that selected photo in descending order. Other photos in the same category having the same range of abundant colours will be displayed, until the list is exhausted or the search is terminated.
