ASP.NET 2.0 & Signiture Pen Integration

I need someone who is experienced in Digital Pen (Signature) integration into ASP.NET VB.NET 2.0 Project. We need to buy the hardware so if you have experience with a particular unit let me know and I will buy it upon completion. With a click of a button I want to activate this control, at this point I need to input digital signature. After signature has been completed it needs to be saved into SQL database to a specific location. Application has 5 different signatures for a particular record, which will be saved into Sig1, Sig2, Sig3, Sig4, Sig5 for specific record. You will be working directly with ASP.NET/SQL developer to integrate this control. The coder will be able to help in integration and coding, but you need to provide clear and complete instructions. Optional: (I also need digital image scanner integrated to the application if you know how to do it let me know and we can discuss further). I need reliable coders and I will use you in the future if the delivery is ontime and made with good documentation. Quality is our number 1 priority. Thank you for your time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
