A simple device thatl connects to a iMobilr APP via Bluetooth. The mobile APP will transmit some signal akin to the pulse rate to the device. The device will then vibrate or pounces in tune with the signal that it receive. Scope: to develop the iOS or android APP and prototype of the device. The APP will read in the pulse rate data from an external source.
