Frankly i am an MPLS TE expert but i have only designed and implemented MPLS TE in routing world never really tested in Linux Kernels. However i am really very confident of implementing MPLS directly on linux since the logic is still same. Either you have to map Static Labels on interfaces , Either you will enable OSPF/ISIS & LDP/RSVP. I only have to figure out the CLI on linux to do that and that should not be a challenge. If you get a more confident guy to do this , well go ahead but i assure you i can do this for you.
