Build a Web App with User Login

Our web app's desired site functionality best mimics [login to view URL] where users are initially prompted login or sign up, and only upon creating an account or signing in, they are taken to a personalized dashboard where they can view materials, take quizzes and see more information. The user will also be able to access their account page where they can see and edit their name, phone number and email address. The quiz scores and completion rate will be attached to the individuals profile so they can view how much they've completed. We have static pages that we created that are available for view at [login to view URL] and we would like them to mirror [login to view URL] with respect to the call to action on the first page being a log in and signup. We've started setting up in Google App Engine already. Ideally the output of this project is: 1. User Sign up and Login initial page (overlay on current html landing page that we have on [login to view URL]) 2. User dashboard showing quiz results and links to the quizzes they can take and dynamic calculation of their quiz results. (If we can create a couple simple questions to create atleast 1 functional quiz that would be great!) 3. Admin view of users, show users activity on the site, collect all information in a database on the user interaction (timestamp signup, timestamp of quizzes etc) Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns or followups!
