As F. Scott Fitzgerald puts it: "You don't write because you want to say something, you write because you've got something to say;" One word he omits in that is "always". I have been lucky enough to know how to always say something about nothing (sometimes) and make it sound like it's the most important thing since man's first moon landing!
I have been freelancing for a while now, had a stint in print and online markets. Quality is underrated in the online world with the race to make everything Search Engine Optimizable (people cramming keywords into articles). However, my work always has that quality guaranteed stamp or I would not bother.
I just wrote this passage so you can assess my language skills.
I manage a team of writers so it’s a daily routine for me to proofread their work. I not only read the text from start to end but also backwards because some of the spelling mistakes which you miss out in first reading can be easily identified with this technique. While proofreading, I always read out loud. It helps me spot those areas which require my attention. I assure you there won’t be any grammar and sentence structure issues left in the text. If you desire, I can provide my prior work for your consideration.
I charge, $8/hour.
