We have a backup from our old phpBB2 forum (). We cannot load phpBB3 on this site as the provider won't upgrade PHP. We are moving the site to Bluehost and have phpBB3 ready to to go, but need someone to convert the backup. Seems to us you need to have both phpBB2 and 3 loaded on the same machine to do the conversion. Please quote on either converting the backup or whatever it take to get the data to the new site.
