My idea is this: new hires will still receive the paperwork in the mail (I can’t change this), however when they arrive, they’ll sit at a computer and complete the other documents digitally, in a pdf or some other file. They’ll fill the information in, click print and will be given the documents to sign that were filled in by the computer, and the other set of documents that contain information for them to keep for reference later.
