urgent need help to fix the problem our website is showing taking too log to load and shows not reachable error the website is running on opencart 3.0.3.2 and we changed to aws few days back because we were facing this problem in our old hosting but even after moving to aws still same issue.
I have 3 domains operating on 1 opencart multi store. There is an issue with the cart emptying by itself. eg. www.glassjarstore.com.au. issue with Chrome browser. I need this fixed. I think it might be fixed by having all URL redirected from HTTP to HTTPS. But if you think an alternative fix is required then im open to your suggestion.

We are using OpenCart Version 2.3.0.2. Our website has a retail (default store) and an wholesale area (additional multi store) along with a retail and wholesalers customer group. If I go to the login page on the retail side and click the Forgot Password link everything works correctly. I put in my email, get sent an email with a reset password link, I click on it and go to the Reset Your Password page where I can reset it. Our problem is that when I go to the wholesale site and do the same thing the reset password link in my email automatically redirects me back to the login page rather than the Reset Your Password page. When I check using a redirect tracing website it says I have a 302 Found redirect to our wholesale login page. I have tried with the reset link with a code and wi...

Hello, my website is using Opencart 3.0.3.2 e-commerce system and using Journal 3 official theme. About the checkout page, it's using the extensions: x-shipping pro, x-payment pro. At present, the loading speed of choosing product options/shipping methods/payment methods on the website is very slow. After each selection, you need to wait 2-3 seconds to display, or you need to select again to display. This should be related to the loading speed of Javascript / SQL. Can anyone solve this problem? On mobile, when the product page breadcrumb text (not linked) is too long, it does not wrap to the next line inside the element. It is not responsive. Rather than cut it off at a certain length, I would like to just wrap it. This only needs to happen on the product page. No need for this on category or search page.
