Hi, We have 2 asp pages, each with an omniture tracker installed. Somehow upon first load of , 1 call is going out to the omniture server, which is correct. But upon refresh of the page, 2 calls go out. Even though only 1 tracker is installed on that page. The following page is a thankyou page, same thing, it sends 2 calls out to the server when only 1 supposed to go out. We need to fix this, so that 1 page only calls out once. See screenshot.

I’ve come across some issues on our server with regards to reporting and log files. In May 2008 I lost Jan 08 to May 08 log files. I still have the reports stored on the Urchin DB so I’m not too worried about those files. My concern is the fact that I can’t find the June report or log files. There are about 9 sub-sites, one of these is reporting fine for June, the other 8 are not, I believe this is due to the scheduler as the log files should be on the server. The Sub-site that is working is one that was created recently (April 08). I’m looking for someone with Urchin experience to take charge of fixing this issue.
