Hi to All.... I have tried and was partly successful in coding openwrt image and putting in in a linksys router. But I do not have the time to do right. Itried several exsisting image including OpenWRT. That is why I put it here for bids. I'm seeking someone quick and dependable to do a minor mod in a C program. There is a program out there called Chillispot which runs under linux environment. Typically this program is ran on linux-based routers with linux distributions OpenWrt and DD-Wrt. This program gives out IP addresses and redirects users to a login page no matter which http address they try to go to. We are using a low-cost wireless routers to build Ad-Hoc Mesh networks. One of the more promising devices which we look at, for the future, is the NetGear WGT634U router. The device is Broadcom MIPS based with a USB2.0 port and an Atheros 802.11G mini-pci radio card. There are already some successful ports of OpenWRT Linux distribution ( ) for this device. I wish to compile drivers for ZyDas ZD-1211 based 802.11g radio for that platform. OpenWRT is the GPL project that installs embedded linux on a low cost router from Linksys. I would like someone to package together various elements from the GPL into a configuration for our company. The work involves pulling the various modules together into a single binary for flashing into the ROM, testing this with our backend server that will handle some dynamic configuration parameters, and there will be an on-going support requirement to create new binaries from time to time if critical sw fixes enter the GPL source.
