However, the "Latest Jobs" module on the front page is supposed to link to the JS Jobs component and show the job details once you click it on but the module but its not working properly.

3dwebdesign created a component for Joomla that worked fine with PHP 5.4 But does not work with 7.6 or higher. They have no plans on upgrading for the latest version of Joomla. Dear Sir, your current Hoster removes support for PHP Version that have reached EoL. Current CMS or parts are not compatible with newer PHP Versions. If upgrade can not be accomplished due to technical within the desired deadline, the alternative of moving your website elsewhere is inevitable.
