We have a 80 page, 44,652 word document in Microsoft Word format (2003 version). We would like to create a clean ePub formated document using InDesign CS5 version 7. The document is divided up into parts, subparts and section numbers. At the beginning of the document is a table of contents. The main things we'd like are: 1. The job is to take an indesign book and convert it to epub format, flowing text. This is not as simple as "export to epub" or convert from "calibre."
