Customize data display Joomla Events

Hello, I'm looking to have very nice looking and mobile friendly for the category view of the Event Booking Component [login to view URL] here the current look of the events display: [login to view URL] I would like to enhance that and hide/show the details of the events and change the full layout of that.. Keeping in mind I do not want to lose the layout if I update the component. Thanks,
