Write an Android application

Need someone to create a dynamic digital clock with date, day, time as shown in the attached image. It will show as in the image and will not allow the phone to go to sleep when the app is displaying. It will also display a battery status. However, there is a twitch. Instead of really getting the actually battery status of the phone in real time. But when the app is open, it will get the current battery percentage status. Later it will act as a simulation of the battery percentage drop from the current battery status, when the app is opened, till 15%. When it reaches 15%, it will then increase to 100% and drop to 15%, the cycle will repeat until the app is manually closed. However, a set of sequence needed that is when the percentage drop or increase, it will decrements or increment in different delay. e.g. when 75% is dropping to 74% there will be a delay of 30 secs, when continue dropping to 73% a delay of 20sec, -> 72% (25sec) and so on. Just like a real battery % drop. The delay will be randomly selected from 10 sets of delay time in seconds. The clock, date will be showing real time dynamic. The battery status will be a simulation. Nothing else. Need the source code so that we can change the delay value as we required.
