XML coding for DSPL/google public data

I'd like to hire someone to write the XML metadata code to create a DSPL package suitable for a Google Public Data project (see tutorial here: [login to view URL]). The corresponding .CSV datafile has ~150 fields, approximately ~30 concepts and will be organized according to a data hierarchy that I will provide. Ideal candidate has significant XML experience, will test the code on Google Public data to make sure it works, and will communicate with questions if/when they arise. Thanks for your interest.
