Software should have the capable of campaign tracking, handling unlimited messages in many formats, including graphics, audio, and links to sites on the Web with "click through" tracking. Management of all inbound replies and requests is to be included, bounced, reject failed attempts. Delivery reports on demand and at completion of project. “Wizard” software tool for creating and sending graphic-rich, high impact email blasts without having to know complex HTML codes. Admin screens necessary to effective use software. Keep it simple, I need useful information at that’s easy to get to and use. I need an estimated time to complete and deliver final work product.
