Customized Flash Video Player

Need to develop a flash video player (web based). The player need to be capable to stream FLV/MP4/MOV/3gp, 3g2 (all the common formats), via RTMP, HTTP streaming, regular progressive and all common formats. Customization of the player (like buttons, logos on corners, colors,skins) will be discussed after project is accepted. - automatically detect the end user's connection speed - ability to drag slider to play from new position - ability to link to play videos from youtube etc Should be able to inject ads: • Similar to [login to view URL]'s (beginning, during certain positions) • Ad-overlay : overlaying scrolling ads(text or swf) which are transparent and play along with video at bottom of screen(similar to news scrollers) • Ad location will be coming from database based on tags/keywords • Ad type(fullscreen/ad-overlay/pre-view(beginning) will be based on url parameters • After video is played, ability to display RSS(example code [login to view URL]) Other minor details will be provided to the hired programmer. Must agree to work on bugs found, as part of the project price. Final work should include compiled project, plus clearly annotated source code. Documentation of all available flashvars should also be provided. Make sure you know what HTTP streaming and RTMP is before responding. Must be well tested.
