Wordpress fixes

This should be really simple for someone who knows how to fix these issues. 1) On the site [login to view URL] I need the widget on the right rail that says "Ben on Twitter" to have white text like the other widgets rather than blue. 2) On the same site, need to fix the Quora widget so it works properly. 3) The site [login to view URL] has locked me out of the admin panel because a database upgrade is needed on GoDaddy. I need someone to back up the site, do the upgrade and make sure everything works after the fact. 4) On both sites, need someone to check all the Amazon caching settings to make sure I'm running the sites as fast as possible. If not, make any fixes. That's it!
