VARIOUS FIX UPS ON MY WORDPRESS SITE... PROB LEMS WITH CART

[login to view URL] is the site. over half our customers can't checkout, getting "no payment method for your state" or other issues... the "shipping to a different address?" used to have a checkbox, now does not.. also people complain site says out o0f stock , like 10 people all saying this happenned with 1 item, when we have stock on the site..... SO im thinking a different type of cart to start fresh? also I bet a different template (paid if you think so) may be wise. there are MANY amp errors, this is no good, i want a template/site that works well on phones. right now different amounts of the same product are listed as separate items.... i need a dropdown list selection or checkboxes for the various amounts of one given product.. so each product is listed once and they can select amount on product page. -/*-------*-*-**-*-*--=/**/=**======*=*=*=**=*=*== above needs to be done, please let me know at this point the $ we are at... there is alot more to do though. certain reviews show up on mobile phones but not on computers... also i need it to be much easier to make a review. please alter the layout for phones if you think it is needed. and on phones only ..at the bottom of my pages, this odd paypal listing a price to buy something delete please. please take a look for anything else you think needs to be done.... do you know why google ads stopped my ads then deleted my account, well,i know why, but how are website0s able to advertise for the same product using google ads ... they dont allow any vitamin etc , they classified us as that, even though we are a scientific supply company. maybe when first making the site they asked for a categfory and wrong one entered? all i know is if you can get my site or a new version of site on ... even if a new url is needed... i will pay for that. few other things like integrating bitcoin payments using [login to view URL] or similar ... We would like tracking numbers to be sent to customers once we have completed their order. And actually need our emails to be corrected, as they say the wrong thing and with some, the information is all wrong. So yes emails fixed. Any errors you see across the whole site. Mainly we need a user friendly website, where everything works properly. The cart and the checkout to work properly. Each product to have the ability to select the different amounts. Amp issues to work proper with the layout to look good for customers on phones. Google adds, emails to work proper. That's just a brief, but much more I'm sure needs to be done.
