I need to set up an ODBC connection on our Windows Server 2012 R2 using Oracle Instant Client. The [login to view URL] file is set up and I am currently getting the message that: SQLState = 08004 [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12154:TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified We require someone to successfully connect to the ODBC source using the Windows ODBC Manager (64 bit) and will pay them for completing this job.
