Create a Windows Phone APP

I need simple minimalistic windowsphone 8.1 application that would log my trips. I often need calculate my travel costs. I use excel now, but app would be faster to enter data. My need: - Log current datestamp (date, time) with option to edit later - Log current location: Save GPS location - Have windows for entering notes or description - Have field to enter odometer on car - Calculate distance between selected two (or more) entries (let say I drive to 6 customers, so I make 8 events: start from home, 6 customers, return to home - than I select first and last entry and I get total distance (in km). - Save that data on Onedrive (at user defined interval) - Read from OneDrive to sinc with other Windows phone (I have two phones. Right now I use same Excel file to enter data, but downloading it via One drive each time is time consuming) Save it in some plain readable format for further processing (TXT, XML). - Optional: Calculate time on road for selected events - OPEN TO SUGGESTION hot to simplify app. - What I do not want is app that would close data to single phone. Than Excel is already better at this, one Note as well. It should be simple, cheapest possible. Design is not priority. This app is really to make my everyday little easier, not to sell app. So big investment in to this is not an option. I'm web programmer and videographer. For both I drive artound a lot.
