2 sites to be sliced & validated.

Hi I have two sites for you to work on if you're experienced enough. If you haven't had the pleasure to work with me in the past you should be able to show me a strong portfolio ! [login to view URL] is the present design it should be converted to valid xhtml/css. Here is what it should look like : [login to view URL] --- it's important that it will be exactly as shown ! Second site : In this project discription you will find 7 psd files ! These should all be sliced to valid xhtml/css. This needs to be an exact copy of the psd files. It is important that the buttons should be buttons not buttons with text. The text will be plain html. It's also important that the boxes are flexible so it won't matter how much text will be placed in the box , the design should never be messed up , no matter how much text is involved. The searchbox in the header part should be active ! In fact all the pages have a header , footer and a main part. It is allowed to resize the 4 icons so they will fit in the pink part as shown on the psd file ( bezoekers_view_dunne_header ). Please ask if you need some clarification. My budget is limited so don't ask crazy figures please. Happy biding
