Revamp My Web Site

I need someone to revamp my web site [login to view URL] making it look professional and inviting. We are a 22 year old company that offers Telephone Answering and Custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services (Telephone Applications). So an appropriate "communication and or Telephone Answering" theme should be selected by you that will appear on all pages. The goal is to make the site more appealing and functional. 1. I'd like you to make all pages and themes FrontPage 2003 compatible - I want to be able to make text change as needed, without screwing up your work. 2. You can use the current text for most pages content, but I don't mean "cut and "paste" in to the new pages. You should be able to create your own text layout so text is easy to read and flows nicely. 3. Link buttons for example should expand to reveal other choices so that navigation can be done from left hand or drop down menus. Always have a "back" and "home" 4. I'd like a "Date of Revision" at the bottom of each page as well as "copy write" info. 5. Some of the links will take the user to off-site pages. I plan to host these pages elsewhere and the and the "off site" links will bring user to current host were there are "customer functions". The off-site URL will be [login to view URL] 6. We have 3 sister companies I'd like to show links too. These are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and VoicePicks.com. These should be added so search bots will find them as well as customers. Also, for [login to view URL] 7. I'd like you to optimize the "keywords" for searching by "search bots" - 8. I'd like a functional "Customer Information" page so customer can enter their contact info to request more info that emailed to me. 9. I don't know if this is possible, but if you can make the links dynamic so that I can add new products and services without having to contact a web designer. For example maybe new entries can found as the page draws and populated into the menu automatically. 10. If you are able to submit my URL to search engines, that would be a plus - Please indicate that you can do this. It would be a reason to select you. 11. I'm open to new ideas for improvement so feel free to suggest anything. BUT PLEASE DON'T THINK YOU CAN CUT AND PASTE MY OLD WEB SITE and I'll accept it as your original work!!!! 12. I'd like the pages to load fast and not too much clutter - so flash is out. 13. If you can provide a sample mock-up of the front page, it would be helpful 14.
