Hello! We are FBI Interiors, based in New Farm Brisbane. We stock over 20 flooring, bathroom and interior brands and are looking for a Brisbane local to manage our website back end. After working with agency for the last couple of years and struggling with communication and getting tasks completed on time, we're searching for a freelancer who can dedicate a day or two a week to help keep our website running smoothly. An average day in this role would look like: - Helping to link link cross-selling products for our online checkout - Working with our web assistant to upload new products to the site - Adjusting search parameters to create a more seamless shopping experience for our customers - Adding promotional info to our homepage to keep our customers updated on price drops and new brands/ products - Generally combing through the website for usability issues and brainstorming and implementing solutions With an incredible high-traffic business to manage, these are just tasks we cannot find time for in our days and are searching for the perfect person to help us manage these. You will be working collaboratively with us on both urgent tasks and long-term projects to make our online customer experience as easy and enjoyable as possible!
