LEAD WEB DESIGNER – FULL-TIME or HALF-TIME

Small hard-working team in product development phase is looking for a Lead Web Designer who wants to grow with us (individuals only, no companies). YOUR SKILLS --Create design that converts. You must be able to visually ‘sell’ anything --Simple user-experience --Help to create short marketing/advertising messages --Creative/Original --Critical: find problems on your own initiative --Motivation: Suggest improvements in design and user-experience without us having to ask you --Think for yourself: Come up with your own great ideas --Work with developers --Graphic/Illustrating/drawing skills -- Illustrator, Photoshop... -- Know Bootstrap Grid System -- Basic CSS 3 -- Basic HTML 5 HOURS & PAYMENT — Full-time: 10hrs daily from Monday to Sunday, live online with team chat/screenshare from 6AM-4PM, Berlin Time Zone, starter $600/month + bonus — Half-time: 5hrs daily from Monday to Sunday, live online with team chat/screenshare within above working hours, starter $300/month + bonus SELECTION 1.
