Help me to resolve following issues:
This is a small and easy job but requires a good knowledge. These issues are from Google Speed test,
1. Leverage browser caching
Setting an expiry date or a maximum age in the HTTP headers for static resources instructs the browser to load previously downloaded resources from local disk rather than over the network. For Images, js and css files
2. Enable compression
Compressing resources with gzip or deflate can reduce the number of bytes sent over the network. (Note: Should work on IBM web sphere)
3. Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Your page has 3 blocking script resources and 11 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page. (Note: I can’t change any css and js file location)
Hi there. I am Usama. I understand your problem and i can do this. I have been working as a pagespeed optimizer for many sites. Achieving scores from 80 to 90+. I can solve these pagespeed issues.
Thanks!
Hello. This is definitely do able. I handle all the server side stuff at my company and just fixed some similar issues on our own website. I do have a couple of questions first:
1. What server OS are you running?
2. What HTTP server are you using?
Even if you don't know the answers that's fine. Let me know if you're interested in working with me.
Thanks.
