Groobitz is an email discussion list host, similar in concept to Yahoo Groups, but with a few added features. We have an email processing engine and database already operational (written in C#), but we now need a web UI to allow users and admins to do various tasks. The first phase of this project is to produce a set of wireframes for the UI, which will serve as the basis for the development of the web site. After delivery of the wireframes, we will issue another RFP for the actual development of the web site. The document attached is an informal statement of the user types and functionality required. Some items may have been repeated. Please also refer to Yahoo Groups ([login to view URL]) to understand the paradigm of email discussion groups. Deliverables: A full set of wireframes, in whatever format will be viewable to us without installing any 3rd party software, displaying how the web site will look.
