Garry's Mod Military Roleplay Server

I'm looking for someone who knows how to put together a Garry's Mod Military Server. This is a steam game on steam. There are no IOS or Android Design its strictly PC Gaming.

Map:

I'm looking for a custom map that can be big, * about 5 min walk to each end the map with custom towns, bunkers. underground caves and army base. Also must include A International Building for Diplomats to go to if they need to talk diplomatically.

Skins & Models from workshop:

I'm looking for someone to look for good skins for the army, Diplomats, Taliban, Citizens and Staff.

Weapons:

I want customize weapons with at least 6 to 7 scope attachments, 2 to 3 grips, Silencers, Flashlights and anything else military style. Same goes with Taliban weapons. All must include: Stun Grenades, Flash Grenades, Grenades, Breach Bombs, Bombs (Taliban),

UXL Admin Console:

I want a good and easy UXL Console that can equip certain things to ranks. Rankings include: Trial Mod, Moderator, Admin, Owner.

Commands:

I want commands to whitelist people into army factions, Taliban Faction, United Nations Diplomat, Citizens and staff

Day & Night:

I want a custom day and night theme to my server. Either Morning, Midday, Noon, NIght

Vehicles:

I want Military Vehicles, Jeeps Taliban, Citizen vehicles, Helicopters, Planes, Jets

Bots:

I want bots that you can use for buying Vehicles, weapons and grenades and stuff.

Salary:

I was going on this but i want a salary for both taliban, army and cizs, I was thinking the higher rank you are more money you get, so they can use that to buy weapons, grenades and vehicles.

Kill Counter:

Hopefully someone out there can make a kill counter for people to use so when they do over 200 confirmed and killing taliban as well as taliban killing army the kills then they get with determine if they get ranked up to next one or not. * Can be discussed *

Logs:

I noticed that most Military Server have !logs for T-Mod, Mods, Admins, Owners. That way you can determine who killed who if it was RDM or CDM. Also logs come with many more features too.

Military Police:

Must have a player model that looks like a Military Officer, Also comes with baton, Handcuffs and more

Medics:

Medics have a roll dice which they determine if they get over 40 or 50 on there dice so that they roleplay it out when it comes to fixing up a solider, ciz or UNM. Medics also need a model and skin change so that they can roleplay it out in any model and gender

Genders & Models:

Genders are important in this we need female models for army, cizs, UNM and medics. There are alot of girl players out ther

F1 Menu:

I noticed to that F1 comes with Characters, Inventory and more. Also you can change your description at any point in time to roleplay.

Creating a Player:

I want it so everyone starts out as Recruit, Also Taliban starts out as Taliban, Citizens start out with citizens, United Nation Diplomat is only given if whitelisted.

Rankings:

I have a army ranking system. Goes: Recruit, Private First Class, Corporal, Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Sergeant First Class, Master Sergeant, Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, Major General, Lieutenant General, General, General Of Army. Also Taliban, Citizen, United Nations Diplomat, Retired Army Vet.

Whitelisting & Ranks who can whitelist:

I need the whitelisting command so i can whitelist people to different ranks. Easier the better. I think Captain and above can whitelist people to different ranks. Saves one person doing all the jobs.

I need a perm manger to help me run the website and keep up with the server updates. Willing to negotiate a set price to pay you.
