Hi, I am not having the complete details of the system. But as far as I understood the system is 90% ready for production and you need someone to make it 100%. I also understood that I am going to implement the missing features in objective tracking and employee evaluation. From these points I understood the following.. 1) The system is about managing employee performance 2) This is in house development which is more customized one 3) Need to be deployed in intranet If my understandings are wrong, please correct me. I have 2years 6mos of experience in developing Web Applications specifically using Java(Spring&Hibernate), AngularJS, JQuery, JavaScript.
