Develop a High resolution wireframe and Landing page with inbuilt google analytics

My project in a 1 line tweet is: Market research through a minimum viable product and an enabler towards the bigger goal. I require a high resolution wireframe to be used as a milestone before work begins on developing the landing page with little to no logic. Google analytics must be used in order to keep track of user activity and make a formal decision on whether the project was a failure or success and should be moved forward. I require someone with experience making wireframes within photoshop or similar tool. All files must be given as the final product including all revisions. Once the wireframes have been formally agreed upon, work will begin turning the wireframe in to code. The landing page will be developed quickly with good looks and some working functionality. The main goal of the landing page is to detect appetite in the business model. This will not be the final product and therefore many features may not work and dont need to work. The landing page will seem like an online store to the customer but there will be no capability in place to allow them to purchase a product and I will use this to detect how many people will visit the site, where they came from and what the purchase rate is of visitors. When a customer accesses the site they will be able to navigate a small portion of pages (1-10) where they will be faced with the option to purchase a product. if they chose to add an item to their bag they wont be able to but a quick survey will appear asking for some details and explaining the purpose of the experiement. All results must be logged and a mailing list will be formed as a result. Google analytics must be used as a way of tracking users and visitors of the site. A small google adwords campaign will run in parallel to this to drive some users to the site. 1 month Hosting of the site must be provided by you. Once the project is over, all wireframes and code must be handed over as the final product. Details do not need to be disclosed publicly as the skill set should be transferable. The skills needed have been explained but breifly consist of wireframe design, photoshop, web design and development and google analytics. I am looking for a quick turnaround and the whole campaign will run for a month but this needs to be set up within 1-2 weeks maximum. no premature decisions will not be made based upon your assumption of time taken on the project. The project cost is final and will not be payed until all requirements have been met with 100% satisfaction. I look forward to working with you. Thank You
