Create website with WPMU.org's Upfront

I would like to get a freelancer for implementing a WordPress site. We have a graphical design and the site should be implemented according to the design. The designer will provide all graphical elements. The site should be following attached PDF files’ design. The website MUST use [login to view URL] premium components and theme based on a theme created with Upfront Builder. We have a premium subscription to their tools and themes. The developer MUST have experience on [login to view URL] tools and especially Upfront Builder. It is possible to use plugins etc. that are not of [login to view URL]’s, but it is highly recommended to use only [login to view URL] plugins etc. whenever possible. The developer should NOT implement his or her themes or plugins from scratch; it is better to utilize commercial [login to view URL] components who have maintenance support. The site must have three languages, Spanish, English and Finnish. The multi-languages should be implemented as WordPress multisite. As the content is more or less static, it is not a big problem if the maintenance is done manually on each site and / or if the contents are not exactly the same. The implementation should have: - Implementation of the main page - Implementation of four static page and blog post design designs templates - Implementation of our current content of the pages / blog posts according to the template o (Note: about 90 % of the textual content is currently created as Word documents. Website creation should put Lorem Ipsum placeholder texts to fill up the space. Once the site is up and running, a lorem ipsum placeholder text will be replaced with real contents. Our own staff can do that). The site must function well on iPhone, Android and iPad. The developer is expected to execute tests on these devices. We can help, but the main responsibility is of the developer. The site should follow Responsive design principles (essentially it should look good on all device sizes). The website should be also be optimized for performance. Performance optimizations should be done only after the site is otherwise implemented. Non-functional requirements: - The site should load reasonably fast. It is possible to utilize CDNs for hosting of the images - The site should work with default settings of AdBlock plus. Meaning that AdBlock Plus (on Google Chrome) should not block any part of the site. - The site should have European Union regulation cookie disclaimer component. This component should be non-obstructive. - All plugins that are other than WPMU Premium Subscription plugins should be justified and pre-approved. - The developer MUST have a test website server where a test version of the site can be viewed before starting the development. - Deployment to the production server is part of the project delivery. - The developer must provide his own access to [login to view URL] premium subscription tools for his own server. - All of the work must be provided following Creative Contents Attribution license. Please see the attached files for more details. The Word file Requirements for WP [login to view URL] is the most important one. Wireframes are described in the PDF files.
