I have a purchased theme that I need modified and set up. Need to: Change Background. Change link colours. Change text colours. Modify menu colors. Install the website. If you have a theme that you have and are more comfortable to work in, if I like the theme, then I could possible think to switch to that theme. The budget is low to start with, however. I am prepared to start a long term cooperation.
