Magento Based e-commerce website build 1

Please see project outline as below - We have been let down by our chosen freelancer who has basically cost us a month in wasted time. we are re-releasing this project to another freelancer (we dont believe all of you offer a poor service and cannot do what you say you can do) Please note we will not release any money until this site is fully functional and working as we like it too, so please dont ask for any milestone payments We are looking for somebody who knows how to work on a Magento based site and also can configure (if required) any software changes required on the host server. Most imoirtantly we are looking for somebody who can start straight away (not a week after you said you would start) and we hope the site will be finished in under one week. (please dont bid if you cannot do this in the time required) The project is described as below, but please note the theme is installed, magento has been installed, the plug in are both installed, There are only a two or three plugins that will need installation, (the new site add is [login to view URL] - this may give you an idea as to where we are and how far we have to go) Any question please feel free to ask Project Description: We are currently looking at the option of a new e-commerce website to be based on Magento platform. We currently have an opencart website that is nearly two years old which we were originally going to update, but for us to go forward with live stock feeds we require a magento site so the plug in from our feed supplier (this will also enable us to get all product data/images etc) can work, and also we will require the m2e pro plug-in to enable quick listing onto Amazon/Ebay from our new site. Out current site is [login to view URL] , please have a look as this will give you an idea of what we are looking for. Ignore the sreen resolution as we had to reduce the size so it could be embedded into our facebook page, this is not something important we require. Our exisitng site is enabled to take payments via worldpay and paypal, this would require set up. Also their is alternate product delivery options (some products are priced including delivery, some are not with a minimum spend threshold to enable free delivery). We are looking to for a quick turnaround should we decide to progress with this project, so please can you supply how long before the site would be fully operational. Also we will be looking to transfer the domain name form the existing site to the new site, We will choose/purchase the theme layout for the site from somewhere such as templemonster. Thank you for reading Additional Project Description: 08/24/2013 at 13:18 BST Also to add - We like the galka magento them from themeforest, we believe this theme (with layout colour changes) is modern with many additional uses for us (eg Facebook/twitter/blog/you tube links). Also i believe this them is responsive to work on different formats eg mobile/tablet etc. If you think you can offer a better theme please supply a link, or if this theme for any reason wont really work please advise as to why. With regards to our existing open cart site, please note we are not looking to migrate this in magento. The Magento site will be a fresh newly built site, but our original site (officeandinks) should give you the idea if what we are looking for (please ignore the aged home page looks). We have access to the ftp server so files for logos/images/t&cs etc can be copied and placed into magento. The products on the officeandinks site does not need to be copied to the magento site, as all this data will come from our supplier feed plugin, or uploaded via a csv file.
