25 One Way Links PR4 Needed

I am after 25 PR4 (min) one way links to my site. These must be from car. motor, vehicle, insurance or breakdown cover related websites. Rules 1/ Links must be on a page of PR4 (site pr will not be excepted) 2/ No more than 30 external links on that page 3/ Must be accesable by Google I.e no no follow no ondex tags 4/ This is not for article publishers, I have that covered. No article sites 5/ This is not for blog links. I have that covered. NO blogs ro forums 6/ No link farms, spam sites and certainly no non related subjects such as adult related. 7/ Each link must have a seperate ip address. 8/ Links must contain the anchor text I will provide 9/ No java or geerated links or mouse overs. Just normal tect links 10/ Any site I already have links from will be not counted 11/ No paid links 12/ All links must be permanent 13/ No auotomated software, or quick fixes 14/ must be in English All links must be of pr4 to fullfill tender. However any links of pr5 will get 2$ bonus per link, any links pr6 will get 4$ bonus per link. Any links pr7 will get 6$ per link. Any pr8 will get 8$ bonus per link. These must be permanent and from related subjects as described. Again to clarify, no links from article sites. Money will be put into escrow and then paid only when you provide spreadsheet will full url of link placement.
