Office/Project Management

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with miscellaneous office and project management. This is strictly an at-will position (can be terminated by either party with notice) and a NDA/NCC will be required. No benefits (medical, dental, etc) are available for this position. Requirements: Clear, concise, easy to understand English Ability to write in English (correct spelling and grammar) Own Computer Own Internet Skype (this is required for calls and texts) Office (Excel, Word, etc with access to appropriate programs) Website Design (knowledge of HTML, PHP, AJAX, etc with access to appropriate programs) PayPal Availability: 8am - 5pm EST, Monday - Friday, some weekends required (a schedule will be worked out once hired) Office Management, including: Receptionist (answering calls, customer service, call screening, transfers, forwarding, check voicemails, etc) Calendar/Appointment Scheduling Order Processing Outbound Sales Calling Reminders/Follow-ups (with customers and myself) Event Planning (promotions, meetings, etc) Email Sorting/Task Management Birthdays/Anniversaries/Important Client Dates Tax Management/Bookkeeping Recruitment Reports Research Time Tracking (this is required and a login will be provided for you) Other Miscellaneous Office Tasks Project Management, including: Website Creation & Maintenance (including PSD slicing and coding) Content Updating SEO Updating Shopping Cart Setup CMS Setup (Wordpress, Joomla, etc) Other Miscellaneous Website Tasks If you are unsure about any of the requirements or tasks, please ask for clarification before bidding.
