JOB BOARD

I want a turn-key (including logos, icons, etc.), robust job board, including administrative tools so that I can make content changes and add selections to fields, automated billing, banner and pop-up advertising management, and e-commerce capabilities. I want a clone of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I believe that jobbex is written in cold fusion. Please make recommendations with regard to technology and additional functionality that I should include. Ideally, I would prefer to work with someone who has done similar projects in the past. Although, I am willing to take a chance on a newcomer who is trying to gain a reputation. I must also own the source code which must be clean. I don't mind if you resell the code in the future, if my cost is low. My budget is VERY limited for this project and I have no idea what the project will cost.
