Prize Competition Website for startup

Hi We are looking to appoint technical expertise to develop a web-based Prize Competition website. High level Description This is an online Prize Competition that will include a skill test entry requirement followed by a raffle for multiple cash prizes. The Prizes are only cash prizes. Primary System Requirements • Web based system that look and function perfectly on both Desktops and Mobiles • The system will have a slick, modern, uber feel to it. The general theme will be one of exclusivity, class, elegance and solid, trustworthy company. • Ability to store draw open and close date and move closing date • The ability for the Admin users to upload a new ‘Competition Question’ for every draw. This could be text or an image, along with the correct answer used verify the users response • Config area for System Admin • Embedded videos(for example the ‘How To Play’ section) • Configurable max ticket for draw and per user • Random ticket allocation/selection • There will be a number of ‘Prize Categories’, defining how winners are selected • There will be ‘Prize Bands’, which define which of the Prize Categories are activated based on the Sales percentage • The system will have dynamic features such as countdown to the draw, Percentage of tickets sold, Current active Prize Band, Sales required to the activate next Prize Band etc • Time limit for user to complete transaction before ticket number is released. • Check out page to be integrated with selected Payment Provider. • User Account setup/login • ‘Registration Interest’ page. If the draw is sold out then users will have the option to register their interest. • To run the draw, likely option is that the system will need to integrate with a 3rd party Random Number Generator. • To have the ability to send only the sold ticket numbers to the Random Number Generator system • Ability to capture the winning numbers • Ability to run additional logic to capture additional winners • Automated notification to winning customers by text or email or both • Some kind of CRM/Email software to automate tasks on dynamic mailing lists, including regular updated • Admin area to check statistics • Ability to introduce promotional offers (Early Bird etc) • Charity details page that may also contain embedded videos • User Account to potentially hold winning prize money that can be used for next draw or withdrawn by bank transfer (to be confirmed) Highly Desirable Requirements • Ability to award a configurable number of free entry tickets to users meeting certain criteria, which is validated by capturing user info, sending link via email, once clicked they will be awarded a random free ticket entry • Ability for user to share competition link on social media / whatsapp / messaging systems. Secondary System Requirements The ‘SETS’ feature • Ability to activate another ‘set’ of numbers • When current draw is sold out, the system will monitor list of ‘Registered Interest’. • Once reached a certain percentage (say 30% of max draw entries), then a new set of numbers will be released, mirroring the first set of numbers. • Email notification to be sent out to ‘Registered Interest’ list. • There will still be only 1 draw. Each ‘set’ of numbers are treated individually. i.e. The same prize payouts to be applied to both sets of numbers. i.e. There could be two jackpot winners who will both win the full jackpot amount Other Requirements • Hosting suggestions • If database is needed (likely), preference would be a (free) relational SQL database as we have solid knowledge inhouse • Interested to learn of other services you offer. (marketing videos etc) • How your company adheres to Client Confidentiality agreement • Who owns the system code and where is it stored We are particularly interested in those who have worked on similar projects and can start quickly Many thanks Tony
