software de registro de visitantes

Necesito un software basico que registre los visitantes utilizando un Snapshell IDR, el cual escaseará la licencia o identificación del visitante, extrayendo el nombre y el numero de identificación del visitante para que el operador introduzca hacia donde se dirige el visitante y quede registrado la fecha de entrada, este registro debe quedar en un estatus de entrada el cual requerirá que se identifique la salida. La próxima vez que regrese el visitante, el programa solo lo debe identificar y no volver a grabar los datos generals, solamente ponerlo en el estatus de entrada. A continuación encontrarán un detalle mas especifico del proyecto: • Language VB, mysql or access for database • The software must have 3 kinds of users, 1 adminstrator, 2 supervisor 3 operator. The operator only can add records, supervisor only can edit records and access to reports and export tool, and administrator full access • first windows, will be the username and password form, then after validation, will appear the main form on it you will have the choices the user have available, like scan a visitor, a table with the actual inside visitors, visitors form, export data, search information, and reports • when the operator scan a visitor using a SnapSell IDR scanner, the software must check in the DB if the visitor is new or not, in the case the visitor is new, it must add the new record to the visitors data base table, after the operator checked the ID number and name is correct, and add where the visitor will go, this action also add a record of the visit to a visits table with the time record. The scanner must record the information from the ID or License card to the form inmediately but some times it scan wrong words, so the operator must be able to correct the information scanned before click a buton named Check In to save the record in the table, and send an eventual signal to the com port of the computer, for me to get a 5v signal to open a door. The image of the licence or id card have to be save in a field of the vititors table • For not a new visitor, only add the record to the visits table with the time information • When save the record of the visit, the record must have a field to identify that the visitor is checked in, when the visitor leave, the operator must click the check out buttom and save the time in the table inside a fiel ckecked out and send an eventual signal to the com port of the computer, for me to get a 5v signal to open a door. • Export visits and visitors to an excell format • 5 differents reports with export choices OPTIONAL USB Dongle to operate the software, with expiration time. When 90 days to expire, each day the software must show the operator a message box to renew the dongle.
