PDF file management

Please read, understand & then only respond. Please DO NOT RESPOND copy/paste of pre-written text. We have 2 tasks. You may bid on either or both. If you do not specify which one, then we shall assume that you shall cover both. 1. Need a software (preferably done in MS Vis Studio, but not mandatory) that will protect copying of a editable PDF document (not a scanned image). So if someone copies a PDF file from the source PC or from a web site, the copy will not be readable/editable. this will require some manual interaction with us (you may suggest some possible options) & only when we authorize, the PDF will become readable. Once authorized, the readable file will not be allowed to be copied/used in any way to another destination. 2. We shall provide a couple of CDs with several PDF (text editable, not scanned images) files. There will be several subdirectories on these CDs, containing several of these PDF files. We need you to develop a Windows app that will need to extract about 8 text items (that we shall specify) from each of the PDF files & store each extracted text item in a column of csv file. Provide us the source of the program & the CSV file. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you like to use some other editor to develop, please get our approval. All the source code with adequate comments, will be provided to us. If any non MS app is required, you must disclose before accepting the work. Updates required every other day. We shall own the work done by you. Also, provide 4 hours for support. No advance & milestone payments only after source codes are delivered. Our budget is flexible. Propose your best deal with delivery time. Please respond only if you are serious & can commit, deliver & support us.
