Looking for a simple reporting tool with below features 1. Reporting form to get all the details from employees(It will have around 40 feilds including images) 2. User registration based on roles 3. Report based on the feilds we got from the employees 4. Search based upon the reporting form 5. I would like to show the hierarchy graph based on the role we selected. Ex: Project leader should benon top and with five arrows we should show the 3 team members. I would prefer to use either access only to build form and layout else access + excell. Its simple project and looking to complete by 2 days. Thanks
