Convert mp3 files to mp4

Hi, I have around 2000 mp3 files (they are vocab from English to Arabic). I need them being converted from mp3 to mp4 "flashcards". The resolution of the video flashcards must be at least 720x720. See example attached. So this means, I will give you 2000 mp3 files, and you will you will be creating 2000 mp4 files. Note, the mp4 videos must be in 4:3 format or a 1: 1 format - but not 16:9. (If you can do a 1:1 aspect ratio, then even better, otherwise 4:3 is fine). The mp4 flashcards, will first display the English word at the top, then the Arabic word at the bottom. Note: the appearance of the Arabic word in the video must of course coincide (i.e. appear at the same time) as the Arabic audio. Please see the example attached. You can see that I've converted the mp3 into mp4 for the word "affection". Very simple project for anyone who knows anything about making videos. Before I select you, I will provide you with a sample mp3 and ask that you convert it into mp4 - so I can know you are able to do the job. Thanks.
