Hello, this will be really easy for somebody who knows what they are doing. I have a bunch of golf instruction DVD's from around 2005 that I want you to: - Convert the DVD .vob files to online viewing - Chop up the video into smaller lessons (there are natural trim points in the video) - Clean up the audio (which is choppy at times) - Remaster the video as much as possible (it's from the old HDVR cassette tapes so I'll take any improvement I can get). I will send you the .vob files via dropbox and then give you the lessons to cut up into smaller videos. Here's the video itself online so you can see for yourself... Hi, "Dogs bark all night" and they'r making me go mad. Your project is completely based on technical details for Restoration and i have a very good amount of experience with that. I am a filmmaker with more than 5 years of experience. I Have worked on more than 100 corporate and commercial films. My corporate clients included Asian paints, Birla life insurance, Volkswagen India, Parachute, Vaseline, Kelloggs and many others. Your project requires the following steps to be done 1. We need to convert the files into .MOV so that they can be restored and edited. 2. The Audio needs to be cleaned and the noise can be reduced. 3. To remaster the video we'll color grade it, remove grains, add sharpness to get back details. I can tell you the exact amount of work that needs to be done once i see the video. The cost can be decided for the other videos based on the working of this one. Dogs bark all night Hello Firstly I would improve the Audio on the video. For most my Audio work and iZotope RX 3 Audio Restoration Software for the Audio Noise Reduction. Very good for noise reduction and removing crackles and such, this applies here. As for the video, I would crush the black, try and get more tonal range in the colour, colour correct the greens and brown in particular. Then really all would be to sharpen the video, it seems a little soft, maybe even make a mask around the man to only sharpen him thus bringing him out for the background. Dogs bark all night, I would use Pro tools 11 and waves plug ins in order to repair, enhance and clean audio as much as possible. Final cut X to chop the video and use aimersoft video converter in order to work into Final Cut X and then export into an online viewing format.
