Teach Me video editing

We are looking for some help on video editing 10 min video to learn how to do that on Adobe Products Animate. We currently use camtasia and wanted to change to Adobe product as we believe it has more features Requirement: Explain how the tool works and Demo of 10 -15 mins to edit a video and help setup the Tool Should Include below 1. Can we create Arrows etc on it as I have to highlight screen cast 2 Does it support animation and slow mo? 3. Does it allow to Edit on the tool itself which is pacing, Cut and paste from one side to another? 4. How to add template videos for start and end of the video? 5. Sound track in the video 6. Animation and explainer videos 7. Voice over using Machine voice or user voice Please let me know a price for this it should be done in 4 (30-45 mins each) within 3 weeks 1-2 session per week and 2 more sessions for any follow up questions We are easy to work with and the session would be attended by 2 people from my team and we would need the session to be organized before 12 PM any day Mon - Sun at a pre decided time We are looking for expertise on this but should be within the budget mentioned so please do not quote ouside the budget Also someone who is available before 1 PM would be suited for this work Only apply if you meet these conditons
