Hi there, I'm Matt and can create your complex FFMPEG command for you yet it requires quite a lot of additional work to add zooming and rotating images. It will probably consist of 2 or more commands. Especially borders around images are harder with pan/zoom effect already. Relevant Skills and Experience 23 years webmaster and multimedia pro. Such command is possible with duplicating images, scripting panning and zooming plus transition between images. This bid is only for a default timing set e.g. you would only change parameters in the delivered command line(s). Proposed Milestones $150 USD - Custom (set of) FFMEG commands This would be better with a custom application that would output a video (by FFMPEG). Actually ideally would be to create an application - I've done it before - with Electron (node.js framework with built-in Chrome web browser engine). That would allow scripting multimedia - images, videos, sound, text etc - on a web page canvas and combine that using FFMPEG to export a video. Maybe this could be done to output final FFMPEG command but you could export a video anytime you want, with an application potentially having some custom parameters (image show duration, appearance effect, zoom/pan effect etc). I would request decent payment for that in the range of 600-1000 USD though for 2-3 weeks of development. Regards, Matt
