I have VB.NET and Delphi experience .

I will provide two applications, one is server, another is client. The server will be writted by VB.Net. The server wil have client list which display has connected with server, when you clicked one client name, you can send message to him, all received and send message will be displayed. The client will be writted by Delphi 7. The client can be connected with server by setting server IP and Port, send message to server and display all send message and received message.
